Dave is an experienced estate planning attorney who works with individuals and families of all types creating tailored estate plans for each client. Prior to opening Greenberg Estate Planning, PLLC in January 2023, he worked at Betts, Patterson & Mines in downtown Seattle and then at Three60 Law Group in Bellevue. 

Dave prioritizes client communication and open discussions about goals and concerns. Only with a complete understanding of a client’s priorities can a plan truly come together.  

He works with individuals and families of all sizes to meet their estate planning needs. Dave assists young professionals and business owners in creating their first estate plans. He also works with those individuals and families with more established estates who are looking to preserve and pass wealth to the next generations. More established estates often involve business succession planning, gifting programs, and other lifetime transfers. Dave works with clients to minimize the tax consequences of any estate plan, while ensuring the clients' non-tax goals are met.

Dave believes a well-crafted estate plan is understandable, easily implemented, and cares for the client’s beneficiaries, whether they be family, friends, or charities. With experience in estate administration, trust administration, and business transitions, Dave drafts estate plans with an eye towards smooth implementation. With his prior experience as a litigator, Dave understands the need for a client’s plan to anticipate and mitigate potential disputes.

Dave lives and works in Bellevue. When he is not at the office, he is spending time with his wife and two girls. He enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, golf, and tennis.
